How do I know if I'm responsible for topping up my heat pumps?

Did you know that your heat pump uses refrigerant gas to operate, which is a potent greenhouse gas.

Your heat pump may leak over its lifetime, releasing that gas into the atmosphere where it causes harm.

We ask whether you are responsible for the maintenance of your heat pumps, because if you are, you likely have a relationship with an air conditioning maintenance company who will fill your units for you.

If you are responsible, you will be asked about the heat pumps at this premises, as well as the refrigerant gas used. You can find this information on your invoice from your maintenance company.

If you aren't responsible, choose no.
