How do I generate a BP fuel card report?

To begin, you will need to go to the BP login portal

Once you have reached the login portal, your next step is to navigate to the Manage Recurring Reports page.

Once you are on the Manage Recurring Reports page, locate and click on the Create a new Recurring Report button.

After clicking the button, you will be prompted to select a Report Type. From the options provided, choose Transactions as your preferred report type.

Next, you will need to specify the Report Detail. From the available options, select Export Transaction File - with Headers.

Finally, you can upload the report to CarbonTrail by browsing to it in your computer, and uploading it to this page. We'll review the data in the report, and generate emissions estimates based on the information inside it.
