Adding Expenses Manually

  1. Get started adding expenses by either clicking the link in the Onboarding tasks, or from the banner on the dashboard.

  2. Select Upload Expenses Manually

  3. Download your data from your accounting tool

  4. Download our template, and add in your data. Alternatively, you can use the template to update your own file to be aligned with the template.

  5. Upload your modified file, and follow the prompts to match headers and resolve data issues.

  6. Your file is uploading and being categorised by our AI! You can stay on the status page to wait for the data to finish uploading, but you will also receive an email when your dashboard is ready.
