Use our template to capture data
We have created a simple template to help you capture data on your employee emissions. To capture the number of kilometers for a given section, multiply the number of employees by the average distance of their commute, by the number of days, on average they are in the office.
How to add the emissions to CarbonTrail
Head to Activities
Click "Create Activity..." and then Create Manual Activity...
For each item in your employee survey, create an emission by choosing an appropriate emission factor, then entering the quantity.
You can attach your completed survey as evidence.
